Frequently asked questions

Group courses range from €120–€450 per month and private tutoring is €65/hour, all incl. VAT. Every course includes printed and digital materials, a placement assessment, and access to the weekly Conversation Club at no extra cost.

Yes. If you're not satisfied after your first paid session, tell us within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund for that session — no forms, no argument. Longer-term cancellations follow our standard cancellation and refund policy, linked in the footer.

Book a free 20-minute trial lesson and level assessment via the form below. Within one business day we'll confirm your level, recommend a course, and send a secure payment link. Classes start the first Monday of every month; private tutoring can start within 48 hours.

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of enrolment for a full refund, provided the course hasn't started. After the course has started, unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus a €25 administrative fee. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Group courses run in person at our Le Marais classrooms. Private tutoring and the Conversation Club are available in person or via video call — you can also switch formats week to week by messaging your teacher.
